When the in dicator light does not work, how to do? | | | | Check that the power adapter is properly inserted into AC power outlet , that make sure that AC main power switch is turned on, and that the receiver connects to power adapter well. | | | 2. It display unclear image or can not display the image, how to do? | | | | Please check the followings
1. whether it is switched on receiver;
2. whether the distance between receiver and camera is so far that the receiver can not receive the signal from the transmitter,
3. whether there is electromagnetic shielding obstructions between the receiver and transmitter(such as steel-structure buildings will causer great interference to transmissional signal );
4. whether the receiver and transmitter keep the relative frequency (Note that there can not exist to be two or more transmitters with the same frequency at the effective receiving distance, otherwise it will interfere with each other, and cause poor image )
5. whether receiver antenna is mounted in place;
6. receiver antenna should be far from electromagnetic shieldings such as the large copper and iron objects; up around the high-power transmission signal with frequency,
7. whether there is high-power transmissional signal with the same frequency, such as radio, car radio work. because these will interfere the receiver . | | | 3. when opening the superDVR software, it shows" Can't find card". How to do? | | | | First,pls reboot the computer. If it still doesn't work， select the 'Start - Programs-SuperDVR-Install', then uninstalled. Reboot the computer, click on 'Start - Programs-SuperDVR-Install'again, re-install. Finally reboot the computer. If it stills shows 'Can't find card'v for some reason , please uninstall again. Turn off the computer. Allocate PCI card and insert it into another PCI slot. Restart your computer. When Windows found it, click Cancel. Then click 'Start - Programs-SuperDVR-Install' to install. On other issues of the program, please take the user manual for reference |
